My A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I called in the morning and by that same afternoon Jens came over to do an assessment.y A/C had to be replaced and my furnace was over 40 years old and they replaced that as well. Jena dropped off a portable A/C unit the same day I commissioned them for the work before the weekend and they arrived 7am on the dot Monday morning. They completed the work within one day. Appreciate that they wore shoe covers when inside the house and Jens walked me thru the new thermostat setup. It was a pleasure working with this team and I recommend them to my neighbors and family. Happy to also have a more energy efficient HVAC system too!

My water heater failed yesterday. Teutonic showed up the same day to give me an estimate, and showed up today at 8AM to replace it. I can't believe they got me on the schedule so fast when we are in the middle of a heat wave and all of the HVAC companies are slammed with air conditioner repairs. Chris and Johnny did a thorough job with some brief help from Jens. They replaced the water valve, the gas valve, some galvanized pipe, and some vent piping in addition to swapping out my 32-year-old 40-gallon gas water heater. When the old water heater finally failed, I expected sympathy from absolutely no one, LOL! I'm just happy Teutonic was there for me at the end. 1994-2026. RIP good buddy.

Jens came and gave my family a very thorough inspection and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable as well as his whole team! He took his time and did an awesome job. They installed an amazing new Carrier furnace and I feel very comfortable calling them with any questions that I may have in the future. We also will be getting a new AC from them this spring.

Finding an honest, professional, and high quality service provider is not easy to come by. The time, attention, and quick installation by Irv and his team was the best service experience I have ever had as a homeowner. Called Teutonic in the evening expecting to hear back from them the next day, but Jens called back right away and was happy to set up a time to fix my garage heater. He arrived first thing the next morning and fixed it within 5 minutes! Turns out there was a switch on the wall that someone had flipped to off. Jens was gracious enough to waive the service fee (despite my stupidity) - I really appreciated his time and the fact that he arrived so quickly. It’s hard to find honest and reliable help, so I will definitely be calling again for any future needs.

Jens did an outstanding job he went over and above working on our central air AC unit. I was totally surprised with the option of boiler service which we have and I will be asking for his service in the fall to review as well. I would recommend this group ANYTIME!!!!

OMG. We came back from vacation to no AC. Jens came out the next day, fit us into his schedule. Educated us on maintenance of our AC compressor. He found an air filter in our attic we didn’t know about. Jens lives and works in Elmhurst. We rate him 100/100 💯

Had Technician Jens out to look at system that was not working properly ,he explained what problems were thoroughly and answered all of our questions/ concerns honestly.The Crew came out promptly on time and worked tirelessly in the Extreme Heat to install Heater in Attic and AC unit Outside…..when finished, cleaned up and left no remnants of anything behind….. We highly recommend this Company for all your HVAC needs!!! We were highly surprised considering the previous HVAC companies we had out for work were not reliable and as thorough…

Irv was such a HUGE help!!!! Friday night, 4:56pm. Irv came out and was able to diagnose our problem and fix it within an hour!!! Our house was 79 degrees and getting HOTTER!!!!!! He fixed our AC unit with a price WELL under anyone elses quote! Irv and his company were absolutely fantastic! Explained what the problem may be and explained what the future may hold if they couldnt fix the issue. He was able to fix the issue with a very low cost instead of recommending a complete AC replacement!!!! Fantastic service And HIGHLY recommended!!!!! Thanks Irv!!!!!

I can’t thank Teutonic Temperature Control enough! They came through in a huge way on the hottest day of the year. When my AC gave out and the heat was unbearable, they responded quickly, showed up on time, and got everything back up and running in no time. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly — you could tell they really cared about doing the job right. Within an hour, my home was already cooling off!
