TTC did a great job as always. I appreciate their honesty with what needs to be done and the hard work of Chris and Irv to get it done.

Overall, amazing experience! Stresses when my heater and then AC decided they quit!!! TTC made it easy for me. Larry was super professional with scheduling and paperwork. Irv had his team in the field replacing our units while we were out of town so even in the heat of summer when everything fails we came home to a cool house. Great job TTC!

I highly recommend Teutonic. The men are all professionals and very knowledgeable. We had our entire unit replaced and I feel like they left the area cleaner than when they started. I also appreciate how friendly they all were. My 2 year old had so much fun watching and playing with them that he cried when they left. Very price competitive too! We even signed up for their maintenance program that was 3 times cheaper than the other company I was using.

After speaking with several other well know companies in the Chicagoland area, I chose to go with Teutonic after meeting Jens through a referral. He was the first person to actually confirm that I needed to replace my existing AC unit/thermostat, walked me through what my options were, costs associated etc. without pushing me to make any quick decisions on the spot. This ultimately made me feel more comfortable with not only the price but also knowing that he personally would be involved during the replacement process. Everything turned out great! He and the crew were extremely professional and respectful while I worked from home and I now have a new AC and thermostat thanks to them. Will be recommending Teutonic to everyone.

TTC was great. AC wasn't cooling house and Jens came out very timely. Although it ended up just needing a good push on the breaker, he still performed a full maintenance on the outdoor unit and taught me some stuff as a newer homeowner that I’ll certainly use in the future. Our unit is old and likely needs to be replaced but he did not aggressively push us to get a quote or try and be a salesman. Very knowledgable.

TTC accommodates us when our furnace stopped working on a cold winter day. They sought a repair and found a part but once installed they realized the only solution was a new furnace. They did not charge us for the part and worked us into the schedule to install a new furnace. The workmanship was excellent. The communication was superb. And our new furnace is whisper quiet. I highly recommend TTC.

Highly recommended. I have used Teutonic for a couple of years now. I like knowing who is doing the work. Ive had too many previous experiences with work being subcontracted. Knowledgeable and personable- always willing to answer my many questions. I have used Teutonic for maintenance, repairs and most recently a new heating, cooling and heat pump system.

5 star rating! Irv was Awsome. He answered all my questions with easy. Before he was able to come out to look at my furnace he gave me some things to check over the phone. A lot of companies wont do that before they even come by. He was very helpful with everything. Him and the guys on installation day were polite very respectful of the house and us. They came and installed no problems and they were very clean and made sure it was clean after they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some work done. They did a phenomenal job.
